Wine Around the Square 2022

The 11th Annual Wine Around the Square (WATS) is a progressive wine and spirits-tasting event set around the historic Downtown Square in Murfreesboro. Thanks to Stones River Total Beverages, a wide variety of wines and other liquor will be available for your sampling throughout the evening. The Alley on Main will provide dinner during the Main Event and also during the Late Party. All included in the ticket price. 100% of the proceeds go to support the ASTRF Power of Pink Fund.

Our VIP Party ticket-holders will have access to an exclusive pre-event party from 5-7 where they will enjoy a full bar with select wines, hors d'oeuvres from Five Senses Restaurant & Catering and Doodles Kitchen & Bakery, a bourbon bar with 6 high-end bourbons for sampling, and a souvenir to take home. The VIP Party is also where we celebrate each year’s selected honorees. This year, we will be honoring Drs. Max and Mary Moss, both of whom have dedicated their careers to breast health and cancer detection. Both recently retired from their 20 plus years, Dr. Mary Moss serving as an OBGYN with Advanced Women’s Care and Dr. Max Moss as a radiologist with Premier Radiology.

The Power of Pink Fund was created to provide awareness, education and diagnostic services for those who need it the most in Rutherford County. The POP also partners with Ascension Saint Thomas Mission in Motion Mobile Mammography coach to provide mammograms for women in Rutherford and 26 surrounding counties no matter their ability to pay. Now....raise your glass and let's toast to supporting the POP benefitting Rutherford County women in the fight against breast cancer!

In FY 2021, the Ascension Saint Thomas Rutherford Foundation’s Power of Pink Fund was able to provide over 540 mammograms and diagnostics for women in our county. The Power of Pink Fund also provided $500,000 to support the Our Mission in Motion Coach Refurbishment and purchase of a new coach.
